Since returning to West Texas, Gerlich has started to rebuild the program she once played for. A national champion and Texas Tech legend during her time as a student-athlete, Gerlich was hired back in August of 2020. Krista Gerlich enters her fourth season at the helm of her alma matter in 2023-24.
